Q: Could you briefly introduce yourselves and tell us what VICTORY is?
VICTORY: Hello, we are VICTORY, a K‑Pop dance group from Frankfurt, known for our Young & Fresh concept. We are also a K‑Pop dance school with more than 30 members, and we train together every Saturday. Our group is very international, with dancers from Germany, Korea, Japan, and many other countries.

Q: What motivated you to participate in the K‑EXPO contest in Paris?
VICTORY: As the Victory Team, we are always looking for new opportunities to expand our stage experience. When we discovered the contest in Paris, we immediately felt it was a challenge we wanted to take on. The idea of performing in another country gave us new motivation to use our full potential.
Q: Was performing in another country an inspiration for the team?
VICTORY: Yes, absolutely. We also wanted to travel together as a group for a long time. Participating in the K‑EXPO was not only a competition for us, but also a special opportunity to create unforgettable memories as a team.
VICTORY: As the Victory Team, we are always looking for new opportunities to expand our stage experience. When we discovered the contest in Paris, we immediately felt it was a challenge we wanted to take on. The idea of performing in another country gave us new motivation to use our full potential.

VICTORY: Yes, absolutely. We also wanted to travel together as a group for a long time. Participating in the K‑EXPO was not only a competition for us, but also a special opportunity to create unforgettable memories as a team.

Q: How did you feel performing on stage in Paris?
VICTORY: Performing on stage in Paris was a very special experience for us. Of course, we were a bit nervous at first, but the positive atmosphere quickly made us feel comfortable and helped us overcome our nervousness.
Q: How did the audience’s reaction influence your performance?
VICTORY: The strong interest and positive reaction from the audience motivated us even more to give our best and offer the viewers an unforgettable performance. Their enthusiasm showed us that all the intense preparation was worth it.

VICTORY: It was an honor to perform at such a large international event. Overall, this performance was unforgettable, and we will remember it for a long time. It also motivates us to train even harder so that we can present an even better performance next time.

5. Time Pressure & Preparation Challenges
Q: You only had two weeks to prepare. How did you manage the limited time?
VICTORY: We found out only two weeks before the Korea Expo that we would be performing on the K‑Pop Blast Stage, so we didn’t have much time to train. In total, we were only able to meet twice with the full team to rehearse together.
Q: What were the biggest challenges during rehearsals?
VICTORY: Until shortly before, we didn’t even know which songs we would be dancing to. During rehearsals, we focused especially on synchronization, formations, and acting. Since we all have different dance styles, we had to invest a lot of time into synchronizing our movements.
Q: Was it difficult to include French elements in your choreography?
VICTORY: Yes, it was. As Germans, it was difficult for us to include French elements in our performance, even though this was one of the judging criteria.
