From the very first exchanges, a clear impression emerges: PLZY moves forward with a rare sensitivity, possessing a gentle approach to music and emotions. His universe does not seek to impress through force or spectacle. On the contrary, it relies on details, nuances, and tiny moments that, under his gaze, take on unexpected magnitude. Every sentiment becomes material to explore, and everyday scenes transform into soundscapes.
PLZY composes the way one tells an intimate story. His songs are born from lived moments, relationships, and micro-emotions passing through an ordinary day. Nothing is forced, nothing is decorated merely to please. His approach relies on profound honesty: expressing what he feels without detour or mask, letting emotions guide the melody rather than the other way around. This way of creating gives his music a unique warmth, a proximity that touches immediately.

His participation in Eurovision Asia represents an important milestone in his journey—not as a quest for recognition or prestige, but as an opportunity to test how far his universe can travel. PLZY does not seek to transform himself for a major international event. He simply wishes to share what he already does: music that speaks of light, encounters, and small inner tremors. 'toc', the piece he will present, perfectly illustrates this intention—a song built around discrete sensations and subtle shifts in perspective when someone begins to matter.

PLZY does not present himself as a sudden phenomenon or revelation. He prefers to be a traveling companion—someone whose music accompanies, soothes, and opens up memories. His appearance at Eurovision Asia could well become a key moment, not to alter his trajectory, but to allow more people to discover a voice that murmurs rather than shouts, and touches precisely for that reason.
1. To begin with, could you introduce yourself and tell us about your current activities?
PLZY: “Hello!! I am PLZY :) I express in music the emotions I feel and the scenes I discover in my relationships with others. Right now, I am regularly working on new tracks and continuing my activities to introduce my music to a wider and wider audience.”
2. If you had to describe your musical style in a single sentence, what would you say?
PLZY: “I try to create music where, following gently the lyrics and melody, several complex emotions linger in the heart.”
3. What is the most important element for you when working on a track?
PLZY: “For me, the most important thing is that emotion is transmitted without artifice. Even if the melody or lyrics are magnificent, if I do not genuinely feel the emotion, I believe it will not reach the listeners. So when I compose, I first clearly define an emotion or a scene, then look for the lyrics and sounds that match, like browsing through different images.”
4. What recent event or experience has inspired you the most?
PLZY: “I think the greatest source of inspiration remains a first encounter with someone. Often, everything starts there. But more than precise events, I am especially inspired by the small emotional variations that arise between two people.”
5. What are your musical objectives for this year or the near future?
PLZY: “I want to create a clearly identifiable musical color when listening to PLZY. I want people to naturally understand why they come back to listen to my songs. I don't want to limit myself to a specific genre: whatever the style, I would like my voice and my way of expressing emotions to remain recognizable. And I also want to show the creative process and the stories behind my songs more often, through performances or various content, not just via music platforms.”
6. In your relationship with your fans, what is most precious to you?
PLZY: “I am deeply grateful when people who listen to my music share their own stories or emotions with me. A song born from my personal experience can become a completely different memory for someone else—that is the magic of music. I don't just want to transmit my story unilaterally; I want to create a relationship where we share our emotions through my music.”
7. What has been the most memorable moment of your performances so far?
PLZY: “No matter the size of the stage, the moments that stay with me are those where I feel I am breathing together with the audience. I think this is felt even more strongly in concerts where the stage is close to the spectators.”
8. Is there an artist you would like to collaborate with?
PLZY: “I don't like to set limits for myself, and I believe you can't know until you try. I'd love to collaborate with someone who interprets rhythm or sound differently than I do—I think that would yield a very interesting result. I don't want a collaboration where colors disappear, but rather one where each other's identities contrast and harmonize naturally in the same track.”
9. What message would you like to convey to international fans discovering your music?
PLZY: “Even if the language is different, I believe the emotions contained in music are fully transmitted. Even if we see the same scene or situation, everyone interprets it differently. I would love for my music to allow everyone to freely bring forth their own memories and images.”
10. What was your reaction upon learning about your participation in Eurovision Asia? And how were you selected?
PLZY: “I was truly surprised! I didn't have high expectations. My music often starts with very personal emotions or everyday scenes, so having the opportunity to present it on a stage as important as Eurovision Asia feels almost surreal. I am very happy.”
11. Could you introduce the song and performance you will present at Eurovision Asia? What message do you want to convey?
PLZY: “The song 'toc' is about the emotions that arise when someone begins to gently slip into your daily life. The lyrics evoke morning dew, the sunset, light filtering through the curtains... I wanted to express those moments when an ordinary day starts to feel different because of a person—without talking directly about love. The title 'toc' also represents those small emotions that 'pop' or 'move' suddenly in a close relationship. On stage, I want to convey this atmosphere: not a heavy or grandiose message, but a performance that puts you in a good mood and lets you retain the universe of PLZY. What I want to convey is simple: even if our languages are different, emotions like attraction, joy, slight disappointment, or the desire to get closer are universal. I'd love for 'toc' to let us feel that together.”
12. What does this international participation represent for you, and what objective do you want to achieve through this stage?
PLZY: “For me, it's an opportunity to see how far my music can go. I don't necessarily want to show something 'strong' all at once; my objective is that, after the performance, people say: 'Who is PLZY?' 'I'd love to listen to toc again.' I don't see Eurovision Asia as an end point, but as a starting point to introduce my music to people from different countries. Thank you very much :))”
